a generative beat poet from 1997
samuel was probably the first bit of generative text art I ever put on the internet, back in the days when if you worked at a university's IT faculty you could get a website hosted from the public_html directory on the file server. A few years ago I brought the web version back to life, and when I moved all of my bots to GoToSocial earlier this year I added it at @samuel. The source code is here.
